Captain Dylan grew up running the flats around Crystal River, learning the cuts and channels from his father's skiff long before he was old enough to drive a car. After 12 years on this water, he knows where the scallops bed in July, where the redfish push at first light, and which springs the manatees prefer when the gulf cools off.
